This old renovated authentic stone water mill sits in amongst the Vines at Grimaud. 

Many of the Mills original features have been retained including the natural stone walls and beamed ceilings.  

The Mill (400m2) has charm and its grounds (7000m2) are a peaceful haven away from the summer crowds.  Although whilst here you are living in the countryside you are only minutes away from the Village of Grimaud with its may excellent bars, cafes and restaurants. 

The beaches of Port Grimaud and the ferry to St.- Tropez are only a ten minute car journey away.

On entry there is a large hallway, office area, guest toilet which leads up into a large lounge are, then open plan dining, and fully equipped kitchen. 

There are patio doors leading out onto the terrace from the lounge and the dining area.  The entire space has plenty of light. 

The house has four ensuite bedrooms, the Master suite also has a large terrace, dressing room and bathroom with double sinks. 

The property has well-manicured gardens, a large pool and many terraced areas to sit.  

They have created areas with shade in order that you can dine in comfort or read in the shade. There also the Giscle River which runs through the grounds and has its own waterfall.
