The Villa is located minutes from the town centre of Saint-Tropez and close to Les Salins beach. The garden is 3000m2 ,  planted with a lush Mediterranean vegetation and provided with a spacious, heated swimming pool of azure blue that is illuminated by the sun of the South. 

The pool house has a fully equipped kitchen that allows living outside a maximum of moments in this exceptional climate. A spacious dinner terrace will welcome you as well as different rest areas and a lounge at the water’s edge. A spacious and friendly living space of 300m2 is opened to the outside by large bay windows. 

The kitchen, the dinner area, and the living room are near each other and have a soft and refined ambiance that is sublimated by the view over the garden. The entire House in an M form is arranged around the swimming pool as a central view. 

The villa was completely renovated in 2019 based on a current aesthetic design, a Mediterranean version where sobriety and elegance are the key words. 

The joinery works are tailor-made; the whole decoration was carefully selected with high-end furniture. The numerous works of art and the wall decorations bring soul to the Villa. 

Being fully equipped and furnished, it can host 8 guests in an optimal comfort. The spaces are fully air-conditioned and secured by an alarm system. 

The night area offers 4 comfortable and beautiful furnished suites 3 on the ground oor and 1 upstairs in a private and elegant setting. Each one is equipped with a dressing, a bathroom, a toilet, conditioned air, and TV. 

The South bedrooms provide direct access to the terrace with a view over the garden and swimming pool. It is possible to have a bedroom with two simple beds.
