The residence is part of a gated community with controlled access, parking area and garage. 

The ground floor rooms at the front of the villa open onto a delightful garden, planted with olive trees, which lead to a path running alongside the sea. 

The kitchen gives onto an outdoor dining area, next to which are terraces furnished with tasteful sofas and a pergola covered in vines. 

A large swimming pool can be heated on request. 

The tasteful interiors have tiled floors, white exposed beamed ceilings, and modern furnishings. The spacious living room benefits from a large open fireplace and beautiful double doors leading onto a sun drenched terrace. Every room faces the garden and pool. 

This luxury villa’s amenities include :  air conditioning in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and high speed internet, pool heating, gas barbecue, Sky satellite TV and large plasma screen, honesty wine bar. 

All 4 bedrooms can be made as double beds (King size) or twin beds (2 x 90 cm).   

Garden Level - 2 bedrooms with en suite bathroom and shower room with French doors opening to garden. 

First Floor - Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bathtub and separate shower, double washbasin, toilet), TV, and views of the sea through the pine trees from the terrace balcony. 

Lower Level - Guest bedroom, accessible from outside and from the internal staircase. Ensuite bathroom with shower attachment. 

Adjoining Living room with TV and DVD.   

Obligatory maid service 3 hours daily, 5 days per week, payable locally.
