If you drive to this villa, you won't need your car for the rest of your vacation: it is just 130 meters from the port of Les Issambres (where you can take a boat to St Tropez). 

The nearest beach is also 130m away. 

This beautiful villa is located in a secure domain, on a fenced plot of 700 m2, it has a private heated swimming pool of 7 x 4 meters, and a pétanque court. 

The plants and the many hundred-year-old trees provide the garden with maximum privacy. 

You can relax on the comfortable sofas in the living room which offers direct access to the terrace. 

The house and the kitchen are fully equipped. 

You have among other things a washing machine and a dryer in the garage. 

The three bedrooms are air conditioned and one bedroom has a 160 x 200 cm double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm, and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds, ideally for 2 adults or 4 children.
